This Book is the companion volume to A Derbyshire Parish at war which told the story of south Darley through the Great War. The story is continued through the inter-war years into the Second World War and on into peace. A fascinating picture of a tranquil parish.

Keith Taylor and Trevor Brown taught in Derbyshire for a combined service of nearly sixty years, latterly both were Deputy Head teachers in local Primary Schools. Since retirement they have pursued a common interest in local history.
